Asd Global

Asd Global is situated right inside the IIT Delhi campus in Hauz Khas. We are specifically located in Block 4 within the Applied Mechanics Department. It is a very academic environment with students and professors walking by the windows all day. We share the space through Prof Puneet Mahajan and Zafar Haider. The office is full of books, research papers, and different types of mechanical equipment. It is not like a regular corporate office because everything here is about the technical details and learning. The desks are often covered in diagrams and notes. New Delhi heat can be tough but the campus has plenty of trees which helps a bit. We spend a lot of time discussing problems and looking at computer models. There is a distinct smell of old paper and chalk in the hallways. It is a long walk from the main gate so we usually stay put once we arrive in the morning. We eat at the campus canteen most days and talk about the work we are doing. The building itself is quite old and has that heavy concrete feel of government institutions. We do not have any flashy marketing materials or a sales team. It is just a place for people who are interested in the mechanics of how things work and getting the calculations right.
