Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Limited has an office at Hari Shankar Ku, Flat No 243, Dda Pkt -13 in Dwarka. This is in the Phase-I area of New Delhi. Being in a DDA flat gives our office a very local and accessible feel. We work on various property and infrastructure projects around the city. It’s a lot of dealing with maps, legal papers, and planning documents. Our desks are often covered in large sheets of paper. We have been in Dwarka for a good number of years and have seen it grow. The office is small, so we all work closely together. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up to talk to them. It’s a practical way of doing things. We handle the paperwork and the coordination that goes into building things. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful with deadlines, but we just push through. We like the neighborhood feel of Pocket 13. It keeps us connected to the community we are building for. We aren't about big sales pitches. We just focus on the reality of property development and getting the work done right.
