Amar Scrap Store

Amar Scrap Store is located in Sector 1 of Dwarka, specifically in the Mahavir Vihar area. It is a very straightforward business. We collect things that people throw away or do not need anymore, especially old metal and piles of newspapers. The shop is not very big, but we use the space we have to keep things organized as much as we possibly can. Dwarka is a big residential area, so we get a lot of stuff from the houses nearby. We have a small scale for weighing and a few tools for breaking things down. Most of the time, it is just a couple of us working here. We start early when the streets are still a bit quiet. By midday, it is usually busy with people dropping things off. Mahavir Vihar is a local neighborhood, and we have become a regular fixture here over the years. We do not use any marketing or fancy signs to get attention. People just know where Amar Scrap Store is because they pass it all the time on their way to other places. It can get a bit cluttered inside, but we clear it out every few days when the bigger trucks come to take the sorted scrap away. It is not a glamorous job, but it is useful for the community. We like being in Sector 1. It is easy to get to, and we know many of the neighbors by their names. This is what we do for now.
