Aiacra (All India Air-Conditioning And Refrigeration Association)

We’ve been running Aiacra out of our second-floor office in Hauz Khas for a good while now. It’s located in the PHD House building right on August Kranti Marg, which usually has a lot of traffic during the morning rush. Most people know us as the All India Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Association. Basically, we bring together folks from all over the country who work with cooling systems and fridge technology. It’s a bit of a niche group but there are actually a lot of us once you start looking. The office in Suite 208 is where we handle the paperwork and coordinate things. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we can sit down and get through the day's tasks. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the second floor, which isn't too bad really. We spend most of our time talking to members or sorting out industry stuff that comes up. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth with people from different states. Dealing with the Siri Institutional Area can be a bit quiet compared to the main roads, which helps when we're trying to focus. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing here. We just try to keep things moving for the association and make sure everyone in our network is informed. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Friday.
