Our office is at Plot No-33 in Sector-12A of Dwarka. Agropick Grains Private Limited is basically what it says on the sign. We pick and sort grains. Dwarka is a bit more modern than some other places where agro businesses set up, but we like it here. It’s easy for people to find us. We spend our time checking batches and making sure the logistics are moving. It’s a lot of coordination. You’d be surprised how much time goes into just making sure a truck shows up on time. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s a tight-knit group. We started out small and we’re still pretty much focused on the same core things. Some days are stressful when things don't go according to plan, like when a shipment is late or the weather turns bad and everything gets delayed. But mostly, it’s just a steady rhythm of work. We keep our records in order and try to stay out of trouble. There’s no big secret to what we do. We just know our grains and we know the area. People stop by the office to chat or settle accounts, and that’s the way we like to run things. It’s practical and straightforward, which suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and get on with the sorting.
