Achintya Constructions Private Limited

Our place is in Sector-13, Dwarka Phase-1. We are at House Number 89 in the Mahabadrakali Apartments. Achintya Constructions Private Limited has been part of this community for a while now. Since we are in an apartment complex, it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. It’s a bit more personal and quiet. We do all sorts of construction work. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. There’s no hierarchy here; we just all pitch in and do what is needed. Dwarka is always growing, so there is always a new project to look at. We spend our mornings on site and our afternoons here in the apartment handling the paperwork and technical stuff. It’s a lot of back and forth between the two. We don't have a flashy website or a big sales team to talk to customers. Most of our work comes from people just talking to each other. We prefer it that way because it's more direct. It’s more about the quality of the brickwork than how good our business cards look. Sometimes the apartment gets a bit loud when we’re all debating a project or a budget, but that’s just how we work. We focus on getting things built right the first time. It’s not always pretty, and it’s certainly not easy, but it’s what we’ve been doing for years and we’re still here.
