Our office is down on the ground floor at Er 29 in Inderpuri. Being at Aashiana Buildwell Llp means dealing with the daily grind of the building trade. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise outside our door, but we’re used to it by now. The space inside isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to get done. We spend most mornings sorting out the schedules for our various builds and making sure the supplies actually show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes the trucks are late, or the weather doesn't cooperate, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties every day. You’re more likely to see us in dusty boots after coming back from a site. People in Inderpuri know us as the local guys who are always busy with some project or another. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially when a deadline is coming up fast. We try to be straightforward about what can be done and how long it will take. No big promises, just real work. We've been at this for some time and we've learned that things rarely go perfectly, but you just keep going anyway. It’s a practical business run by practical people who live right here in the same streets where we work. We've got our routine down and we just stick to it every day.
