Taj Residency Trivandrum, Kerala

This is a bit of a strange one because even though we are Taj Residency Trivandrum, Kerala, our office is actually located at House No. 190 in Ponda, Goa. We’re tucked away right behind the Saraswati Temple in the Tisk area. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people coming and going for the temple. Our building is an old house that has been converted into a work space. The floors are made of that red oxide that stays cool, which is nice in the Goa heat. We handle the administrative side of things from here. It’s not a hotel with a lobby or room service. It’s just us in a regular room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We have a small window that looks out toward the temple, and we can hear the bells ringing throughout the day. It’s a peaceful place to work, even if the address seems a bit confusing to people at first. We spend most of our time on the phone or responding to emails. The internet can be a bit patchy when it rains, so we just wait it out. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break. We don't have any big corporate signs. It's just a functional office where we get the day’s tasks done. We like the quiet rhythm of the Tisk area.
