Hotel La Paz Gardens

We are located on Swatantra Path in Vasco Da Gama. This part of Goa is different from the beach areas you see in the pictures. It is a port town, so it is a bit more industrial and busy with daily life. Swatantra Path is a main street, and we have been a part of it for a long time. The building has some history to it, and you can feel that when you walk through the halls. We spend a lot of time on upkeep because the salt air from the sea can be tough on things. Our staff has been with us for years, and they know how to handle just about anything that comes up. It is a humid place, and the monsoon season is always a bit of a challenge with the rain coming down hard on the roof. We have our regulars who come in for a meal or a stay whenever they are in town for work at the port. We don't go in for anything too flashy. It is just a comfortable place in the middle of Vasco. You can walk out the door and be right in the mix of the shops and the local market. We just keep the doors open and the lights on, making sure people have what they need. It is a simple way to run a business and we don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. We just work here and keep things moving.
