We deal with hospitality, so we’re always busy with bookings and making sure people have what they need for their stay. It’s a lot of coordinating with different people. South Goa is a bit more relaxed than the north, and we prefer it that way. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just try to do our work well. The shop is a bit small, but it’s enough for us to get things done. We spend a lot of time on our feet and on the phone. We don’t use marketing speak. We just speak plainly. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic in Salcete is bad, but we just get on with it. We’ve been here at Colaco Residency for a while and we know the neighborhood. It’s a straightforward business. We just want to make sure the hospitality services we provide are decent and that people are happy with what they get. It’s just us, working hard every day to make sure the business stays afloat and everything runs correctly.
