Radisson, White Sands Resort

Down in Nuvem, specifically at House No. 6/A1 in Gounlloy, you’ll find our setup for the resort side of things. Salcete is a beautiful part of Goa, and Nuvem has its own quiet charm that’s a bit different from the crowded tourist beaches. We handle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a place like this running. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. The house itself is a sturdy old place that’s seen plenty of seasons. We don't have a big fancy lobby here; it’s more about the practical side of hospitality. On some afternoons, it gets really quiet, and you can just hear the birds or the occasional motorbike passing by on the local road. We deal with all sorts of requests, and sometimes things get a bit hectic when the season picks up. It’s not just about the sand and the water, it’s about all the little details that happen in a village like this. We've got a small group of people who really know the Nuvem area well. We like the fact that we’re tucked away a bit. It gives us space to focus on the work without too many distractions. Every day is a bit different, but we keep at it. It’s a simple life here, even when the resort is full. We find that the local pace suits the way we like to handle our business affairs without any extra stress.
