Lushbistro BNB Private Limited operates out of House No. 204 in Dando Harmal. That is up in Arambol, in the 403512 area of Goa. We are based at the home of Lawrence Marcelino Rodrigues, who is the son of Marcelino Rodrigues. It is a family-oriented setup and we have been here for a good while. Arambol is a very specific kind of place, and being in Dando Harmal means we are right in the heart of the community. We don't have a big, shiny office building with a reception desk. We just work from the house. Since we are a BNB business, there is always a lot to do. We spend a lot of time on things like laundry and making sure the rooms are ready for whoever is coming to stay. We don’t do much in the way of marketing. We just talk to people and let the business grow naturally. Lawrence and the rest of us just keep things going day by day. It gets very busy during the tourist season, but that is just part of the job. House 204 is where all the decisions happen. We aren't part of any big hotel chain. We are just a local private limited company. We handle all the bookings and the maintenance ourselves. It is a practical way to live and work.
