Goldshield

At Goldshield, we work out of our place on the Gao Colva Road in Perseraulim, which is part of Salcette in Goa. The pin code here is 403601. It is a very different environment than working in a big city like Mumbai or Delhi. The road outside is usually busy with people heading toward the beach or going about their business in the local village. We have been here for a while, and we like the pace of things in this part of Salcette. The office is basically a sturdy building that stays relatively cool even when the Goa sun is really beating down in the middle of May. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements on the wall. Inside, it is mostly just us with our computers and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to local contacts and managing our daily operations. Sometimes the cows wander onto the road outside and slow everything down, but that is just part of the local life here. We usually have the windows open to let the breeze in, though we have to shut them quick when it starts raining during the monsoon. It is a simple setup, but it suits what we do. We aren't trying to be anything we're not, just a local business handling our work from a quiet corner of Goa.
