Club Mahindra Varca Beach Resort, Goa

We sit right in Varca Village, down in the south part of Goa where things are a bit slower than the north. You can walk from our place straight toward the sand. It is not a very crowded area, which suits us fine. The resort has been part of Varca Salcette for a long time now. We have a couple of swimming pools and plenty of palm trees that drop leaves all over the grass. Our team is usually running around making sure the rooms are ready for the next check-in. It gets very humid here, especially in the afternoons, so the air conditioning stays on a lot. We see a lot of families coming through. Some stay for a weekend, others for a whole week. We have a restaurant that serves local fish and the usual stuff kids like to eat. It is a big property, so there is a lot of walking involved to get from the lobby to the rooms. Sometimes the salt in the air makes things rust a bit, but that is just life by the ocean. We try to keep the gardens green. It is a decent place to just hang out and forget about work for a bit. People like to sit by the pool with a book. We don't have a lot of loud parties, it’s more of a quiet family spot. We hope people feel at home here.
