Atmani Water Front Resort Llp is based out of Shop No C3 G11 in Chandraguptamadel. We are over in Fatorda. It’s an interesting spot because we aren't exactly where all the other tourist places are. Being at a waterfront location means there is always something to look at, but also a lot of maintenance work to do. Fatorda is a busy place, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend a lot of time dealing with the small details of the resort, like coordinating with the cleaning crew or checking on the plumbing. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes we are just sitting in the shop office handling the bills and the paperwork. We use the name Atmani, but around here people just know us as the folks near Chandraguptamadel. We don't put out a lot of flyers or stuff like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just passing by. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a room isn't ready, we say so. If the weather is bad, we help people find something else to do. It’s a small operation, so you usually see the same faces every day. We’ve been at this address for a while and have gotten to know the other shop owners nearby quite well. It feels like a little community of businesses. We aren't looking to expand much, just staying steady in our little shop corner.
