Alrana World Hospitality Private Limited

We’re over in Vasco-Da-Gama, specifically up on Mangor Hill. Most people think of Goa as just beaches, but we are in a more working-class part of town. Our office is H.No. 418, right near the Gurudwara Road. It’s a busy little corner. At Alrana World Hospitality Private Limited, we run things a bit differently than those big resorts. We’re just a small group of locals. We spend our days making sure our hospitality business is running right. It’s a lot of legwork, honestly. Being in South Goa, things move a little slower than in the North, but it’s still plenty of work. We don’t have any fancy slogans. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Sometimes we are dealing with repairs, other times it’s paperwork. The weather is usually humid, so we keep the fans going and just get through the list. We’ve been at this spot for a while and the people living nearby know us. It’s not a corporate office at all. It feels more like a house because that’s what it is. We prefer it this way. It makes everything feel more real. We don’t use big words or try to sound like we’re more important than we are. We just provide a service and try to be honest about it. Vasco is our home and we’re happy to be working here every day. It’s just a normal job for us.
