Basali Bio Agro Limited Liability Partnership is situated at E 2 in Defence Colony. It’s a well-known part of Delhi, but our work is more about the practical side of agriculture than anything fancy. We’ve been here for a bit, and the office is pretty straightforward. There are a couple of desks and a small area where we keep our records. Since we are an LLP, it’s a small group of us making the decisions. We don't have any formal hierarchy here. If something needs to be cleaned, one of us picks up the broom. If a client calls, whoever is closest to the phone answers it. We spend our days looking at bio-agro solutions, which basically means a lot of reading and talking to experts. The neighborhood is quiet, which helps when we need to focus on some of the more technical stuff we handle. We often grab lunch from the local market nearby. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork to catch up on. We don’t really have a big website or a social media person. We just rely on the work we do and the people we know. It’s a modest setup. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the actual business without getting distracted by unnecessary things. It’s just how we operate.
