We have been here in Dakshinpuri Extension for a while now. Our spot is on the first floor at 12/89. It is not a huge office or anything, just a regular place where we get the work done. Dealing with pharma products means there is always paperwork and boxes moving around. People usually find us easily enough once they get into the extension area. It gets a bit busy around here during the day with the local traffic. We started Zofacs Pharma because there was a need for a reliable supplier in this part of town. We do not really go for those fancy advertisements. Most people hear about us from someone else. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so if you are coming by with a big delivery, it takes a minute. We mostly spend our time checking orders and making sure things are packed right. It is just a few of us working here. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually get through the filing. We just try to keep things moving. We know the neighbors and the other shops nearby. Living and working in the same area makes it easier to understand what is going on. We do not have a big corporate team, just regular folks who know their way around medicine supplies. If you are looking for 12/89, just look for the sign near the corner.
