Our office is located at B-136 on the second floor in Kalkaji. This neighborhood is mostly residential but has plenty of businesses tucked into the buildings, so there is a constant mix of families and office workers around. Dr. Froeb India Pvt. Ltd. takes up a fair bit of space on this floor. Inside, the setup is pretty typical with desks, filing cabinets, and a small area for making tea. There isn't a grand entrance, just a regular door with our name on it. Most of our day is spent handling orders or talking to people on the phone. The stairs can be a bit of a challenge, especially when we are carrying heavy boxes up and down. Like anywhere else in the city, we sometimes deal with the power going out or the internet acting up. We try to keep things tidy, but the paperwork has a way of piling up on the desks. Looking out the windows, you can see the local vendors on the street below. It’s a comfortable enough environment and the team gets along well. Since there isn't a big reception desk, visitors usually just walk right into the main work area. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business and it seems to work for us.
