We work out of Hans Plaza in Wazir Nagar. The address is 12/1400/1, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't used to Kotla Mubarakpur. It is a crowded part of town, always something happening on the streets. Our office is just a regular room with desks and a lot of papers. We deal with pharma supplies and it keeps us on our feet most of the day. The plaza isn't the newest building, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. There are other businesses around us too. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the hallways when people are moving stuff. We start early most mornings to beat the worst of the traffic coming into Wazir Nagar. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is something we look forward to. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders go out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the inventory in the back. It’s practical work. Nothing too glamorous about it. We’ve been in this spot for some time and the locals know us. It feels like a small community inside the plaza. We try to keep things moving as best as we can without overcomplicating it. That is basically who we are, just people working in a busy Delhi neighborhood. We keep our heads down and get the work done before heading home.
