Our place, Young Infotel Pvt Ltd, is at F103 in Lajpat Nagar II. It’s a decent enough spot, right in the middle of everything. We’ve been here for a few years now. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of tech gear piled up. We aren't big on decorations. We just have what we need to get the job done. Most of the day is spent handling calls and trying to fix various IT issues. It can be a bit much sometimes, especially when the phones won't stop ringing. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us doing the work. If you come by, you’ll probably see us hunched over our computers or eating a quick lunch at our desks. We know the area well and we like being in Lajpat Nagar. There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat nearby, which is nice. We don't really do any promotional stuff. People usually find us because they heard we were alright from someone else. We have our good days and our bad days just like any other small business. Sometimes things break and we have to spend hours figuring it out. We don't pretend to be something we aren't. We are just a local company doing our best with the tools we have in our small office at F103. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
