We are located up on the 14th floor of Modi Tower in Nehru Place. If you’ve ever been to Nehru Place, you know how crowded it gets with all the tech shops and people rushing around. Getting up to office 1400 can take a minute because the elevators are always busy. Once you’re inside, though, it’s a different world. We deal with medical supplies and healthcare products. It’s a lot of coordinating with hospitals and pharmacies. The view from our windows shows most of the city, which is nice when things get stressful. We have a lot of boxes coming in and out, and our staff is usually busy on their headsets or typing away. It’s a typical Delhi office atmosphere—fast-paced but we still find time to share tea in the afternoon. We’ve been in this tower for quite some time now. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just focus on getting the medicines and equipment to the places that need them. The office is a bit cluttered with samples and brochures, but we know where everything is. It’s hard work keeping track of all the inventory, but we’ve got a system that works for us. Even though we’re part of a bigger name, this office feels like its own little community where everyone knows who is responsible for what. We just keep our heads down and keep moving. There is always a lot of paperwork to finish before the day ends.
