We are right on the Main Road in Arjun Nagar, just across from the Green Park Extension area. It’s a pretty good spot because people can find us without much trouble. We deal with all sorts of medical supplies and health-related stuff. Our shop at D-2 isn't huge by any means, but we manage to pack a lot of inventory into the space we have. It’s always a bit busy with people coming in and out, asking for medicine or different healthcare items. Since we are right near Green Park, we see a lot of different people every single day. We try our best to keep the shelves organized, but sometimes it gets a bit cluttered when a new shipment arrives. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, with new buildings going up where old houses used to be. There’s a faint smell of antiseptic that always hangs around the shop, which I guess is better than the exhaust fumes from the road. We aren't a big chain pharmacy or a corporate store. We're just a local place where we actually know many of our customers by their names. It feels much more personal that way, and we like it. We don’t have a big mission statement. We just try to have what people need when they aren't feeling well. Sometimes we have to hunt through the back room to find an item, but we usually manage to find it eventually for them.
