Universal Industrial Plants Manufacturing Co.(P) Ltd. is over at R-19 Hauz Khas Enclave, which is a bit of a different spot compared to some of the bigger industrial zones you see further out. It’s actually quite a nice area to be in, though we spend most of our time focused on the manufacturing side of things inside the building. The office is usually humming with the sound of phones and people talking over drawings. It’s not the kind of place where everything is polished and shiny; there are stacks of papers and parts here and there, but we know where everything is. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know us as the guys who are always busy with something or other. Sometimes the gate is left open and you can hear the machines working if you walk past R-19. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. Usually, it’s just one of us writing down what’s needed for the day on a clipboard. The enclave stays relatively quiet, but inside our walls, there’s always a lot of movement. We try to keep things organized, but in this line of work, things can get a bit messy. That’s just the reality of making industrial plants. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the parts arrive on time at the Hauz Khas site. It's just simple, daily work for us.
