Fair Deal Surgical Udog

Fair Deal Surgical Udog is located at D-158 in the Flatted Factory Complex in Okhla. It is a large building with many floors and lots of different small businesses inside. We work on surgical instruments and related items here. Unlike some of the other workshops in the complex, we have to keep our area fairly tidy because of the nature of the products. We have long tables where we sit and assemble things or check them over before they are packed into boxes. The Okhla area is always buzzing with activity and it can be hard to find a place to eat lunch that isn't packed. We usually just bring our own tiffins and eat at the back of the shop. The light comes in through some high windows, but we mostly rely on the overhead tubes to see what we are doing. It is a quiet kind of work compared to a machine shop. We have a few people who have been with us for a long time. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing people. We just focus on the orders we have. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late because of the Delhi traffic, which can be frustrating. We just wait it out. It’s a regular factory job. We come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s what we know.
