Welbeck Pharmacueticals Private Limited is on the 1st floor of D-10/5 in Okhla Phase 2, which is part of the larger Lajpat Nagar 4 district. Okhla is a real hub for all kinds of industries, and we are right in the middle of it. To get to us, you have to climb a narrow set of stairs that can be a bit steep. The office is one large room divided by some old partitions. It’s not the quietest place because of the factories and workshops nearby, but we like the productivity of the area. We have our desks set up near the windows to get as much natural light as possible. There is a small corner where we keep the kettle for making tea and coffee during the day. Most of our time is spent on the computer or organizing the shipments that need to go out. Lajpat Nagar 4 is a place where people come to get things done, and we fit right in with that attitude. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings in glass rooms. We just sit down, look at what needs to be finished, and do it. The walls have a few scuffs from moving boxes around, and the carpet is a bit faded, but it feels like a real workplace. It’s just us doing our part in the pharmaceutical chain from a simple office in Okhla.
