Watcon Pvt Ltd is based on the second floor of 150 A in Kilokari. This is near Maharani Bagh in New Delhi. It’s an interesting spot because you have the busy atmosphere of Kilokari right next to the more quiet residential vibes of Maharani Bagh. Our office is up a flight of stairs that can be a bit steep if you’re carrying a lot of gear. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of files. We deal with water-related projects and construction things. It’s not the kind of work that looks good in pictures, but it’s necessary. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. The second floor gets some decent light during the day, which helps. We don't have a big HR department or fancy coffee machines. We just have a small kettle in the corner and some biscuits. The team here is small, and we’ve all known each other for years. We don't really do any big marketing pushes. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or because they saw our address on a contract. New Delhi can be a hectic place to do business, but we’ve found our rhythm here in Kilokari. We just show up every morning, drink our tea, and get to work on whatever project is on the desk that day. It’s simple and it works for us. No need for anything more complicated.
