Vtecno It Creation Private Limited is located out in Village- Garhi Birbal. We’re based at Sandeep Kumar’s place, he’s the son of Sh. Parmal Singh. It’s a bit different running an IT business in a village compared to the big city hubs, but we make it work just fine. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes when it rains hard, but we’ve got our own ways to manage the workload. We handle software creation and general IT support for people who need it. It’s a small group of us, mostly locals who studied computers and wanted to work near our families instead of moving away. We don't have a glass office or air conditioning in every single room. It’s a simple setup with desks and computers in a sturdy building that stays cool enough. People from the village come by sometimes to ask for help with their phones or their kids' laptops, and we do what we can to help them out. Our days are tied to the rhythm of the village. We start early and try to get the heavy coding work done before the afternoon heat sets in. There’s no fancy talk or corporate nonsense here. We just say what we can do and then we get it done. It’s about being useful and earning a decent living. We don't have any big mission statements or goals to take over the world. We just want to build good software and stay busy.
