We are located in the Abul Fazal area, and if you know this part of town, you know it’s always lively. Even though our name says Unimarck Pharma India Pvt Ltd, we operate more like a local neighborhood business. Our space is practical and filled with the usual sights of a pharmaceutical distributor—lots of brown boxes and stacks of invoices. The streets around here can get pretty congested, especially in the afternoons, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls; it’s a working warehouse and office where people are constantly moving. We focus on getting the medicines out to the shops that need them. The walls are lined with metal racks that go all the way to the ceiling. We use ladders a lot to reach the top shelves. It’s a bit of a workout every day. We don't have a dedicated reception person, so whoever is closest to the door usually helps whoever walks in. We’ve had some of the same staff for years, so we all know the routine like the back of our hands. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or business talk. We just tell you what we have and when it can be ready. It’s a honest way to spend the day, and being in Abul Fazal keeps us right in the middle of everything. It’s noisy and busy, but we’re used to it by now.
