Ucomax Communication & Software (P) Ltd.

Our office for Ucomax Communication & Software (P) Ltd. is located at B-92 in Defence Colony. It is a nice, quiet spot and we have been here for several years now. We mostly deal with communication systems and software development, which keeps us pretty busy during the week. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees or anything like that. It is just a small team of us who know each other well and like working together. The work itself can be quite detailed, so we spend a lot of time just staring at screens and trying to figure out how to make things run smoother. Defence Colony is a great place to be based because it is peaceful but still close enough to everything else. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time or heard about us from someone else. We try to keep things very straightforward here. We do not use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what we are doing in plain English. Sometimes the software we write has bugs, and we spend the whole day fixing them, but that is just part of the job. We like the routine of coming in here every day and seeing a project through to the end. It is satisfying work even if it is not always exciting. It is just a regular job for us and we like it.
