The office is just a simple ground floor setup. We don't go in for big signs or bright lights. Most people in the area know where we are anyway. It’s a busy street but we keep to ourselves mostly. The work keeps us busy from nine to five. We don't have a big corporate manual. We just figure things out as they come. It’s a practical way to run a business. We have a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of work to do. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out like everyone else. It’s a real place with real problems and real solutions. We don't try to sound like a multinational. We're just a small team in Delhi doing what we know how to do. The tea breaks are when we get most of our talking done. It’s a straightforward life here. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just do it. If the door is open, we're working. Sometimes we stay late when there's a deadline, but mostly we try to get home to our families. It’s a basic office for basic needs and that’s fine by us.
