Texcad India Pvt Ltd

Our office is located in the DDA Commercial Centre in Sheikh Sarai Phase I. We are at F 1. It’s a typical commercial building with a lot of other offices around us. Texcad India Pvt Ltd has been here for some time now. We work on computers mostly, doing design and technical drawings. The office has a lot of big monitors and desks pushed together. It’s not a very fancy place, just a workspace where we can focus. We don't have a big sign outside or a flashy entrance. You have to look for the F 1 unit. Most of us take the bus or drive in from different parts of Delhi. We spend our days looking at blueprints and digital files. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for the hum of the computers. We aren't into big corporate culture. We just come in, do our hours, and go home. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project, but that’s normal for this kind of work. We have a small pantry where we make tea. We don't have any mission statements on the walls. We just know what we need to do each day. The commercial center is quite busy during the day, so there is always someone moving about in the hallways. We like being part of this little business community in Sheikh Sarai. It keeps things interesting and there are good food stalls nearby for lunch break.
