Techfab Systems Pvt.Ltd. is located down on Mandi Road in Jaunpur, Mehrauli. The address is K-522/4, which can be a little tricky to find if you aren't looking for the right gate. The road outside is always full of trucks and bikes, and it can get quite dusty in the dry season. Our facility is where we do all the fabrication work. It’s a large, open space with high ceilings that trap the heat in the summer. You’ll hear the sound of welding and grinding almost all day long. We have a lot of steel beams and metal sheets stacked up against the walls. It’s a place where we get our hands dirty every single day. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, you just walk in and find someone with a mask on working on a frame. We’ve got a small room in the back where we keep the drawings and the computers, but most of the action is out on the floor. It’s a hard-working environment and we don’t have time for a lot of fluff. We just focus on putting things together correctly. Sometimes the power fluctuates and we have to wait a bit, or the rain makes the yard a bit muddy, but we just keep going. It’s been our spot for a good while and we know the rhythms of the Mandi Road traffic pretty well by now. It's just home for us. We don't mind the noise.
