There is always a lot of traffic and people moving toward the border. Our office is tucked away in one of the many lanes here. Gali No. 65/E is a narrow street, so it’s mostly bikes and pedestrians. The office itself is simple and functional. We have a few rooms where we keep all our files and computers. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a receptionist at a marble desk. We are all just working. Usually, we are busy answering calls or typing away. The air can get a bit dusty with all the construction and traffic nearby, but inside we keep it as tidy as we can. We have been at this Badarpur address for a while now. Most of the people working here have their own way of getting through the day, whether it’s listening to the radio or just focusing on the screen. We don’t use fancy language to describe ourselves because we are just a local business. We handle our responsibilities and try to be helpful when someone reaches out. It is a grounded, everyday kind of place.
