Tbc Systems is located over in Badarpur at Shashi Market, Om Enclave Gagan Vihar, specifically at Plot No-27. We deal with computers and all the parts that go with them. It’s not a fancy office; it’s more like a workshop where there are always cables and motherboards lying around. Most of the time, I’m sitting at the back trying to figure out why a desktop won't start or why a laptop is running too hot. People from the surrounding Gagan Vihar area bring their systems here when they have problems. We also sell some basic accessories like mice, keyboards, and monitors. The shop is tucked away a bit in Shashi Market, so it’s mostly locals who find us. It gets quite busy when the local kids bring in their computers for repairs or upgrades. I’ve been working with electronics for a long time, so I’ve seen all kinds of issues. Sometimes it’s a simple fix and other times it takes a few days to get the right part delivered. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. We just focus on getting the machines back to the owners as soon as we can. It’s a quiet life of fixing things and talking to customers who just want their computers to work again so they can get back to their own business.
