Taank Infotech is based out of Plot No:-C/3A in the DDA Flats at Sarai Basti. If you’re coming here, the best way to find us is to look for metro pillar number 181. We are right near it, which helps because these lanes can get a bit confusing if you aren’t used to the layout. We deal with all sorts of computer problems, from hardware repairs to software issues. Our workspace isn't large at all. It’s mostly filled with workbenches, soldering irons, and old computer towers. It’s a bit messy with cables everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We aren't a big retail store with bright lights. Most of our customers are locals from the flats who bring in their laptops when they stop working. We try to talk to people in a normal way without using a lot of tech words they don’t understand. Usually, we are here until late because that is when our neighbors get back from their jobs. The metro rumbling nearby is a constant sound we don't even notice anymore. We have been in this spot for a good while and have gotten to know the people around here. It’s just a small, honest shop. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just fix what is broken and help people get back to their work.
