Our office, Swastika Softwares Pvt Ltd, is over at C-520 A in Sushant Lok Phase I. It’s a residential-style area that has slowly turned into a place for small offices like ours. It’s much quieter than the main commercial belts, which we appreciate. You can actually hear yourself think here. We’ve been at this address for a good stretch of time. The building is a regular house that we've converted into a workspace. It feels more like a home than an office, honestly. We have a small kitchen where we make our own tea and lunch. There are no big signs or flashing lights outside. We just have a small nameplate near the gate. Most of our days are spent sitting at our computers. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. If something needs to be decided, we just talk about it over lunch. Sushant Lok Phase I is a nice neighborhood to walk around when we need a break from the screens. We don't do much in terms of marketing. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. It’s a low-key way to run a business, but it works for us. We focus on the daily tasks and try to stay out of the corporate rat race. C-520 A is just a quiet place where we get our work done without too much fuss. It's simple, honest, and it keeps us busy.
