We’ve been here at 100/2 Gautam Nagar for a good while now. If you know the area behind AIIMS, you know it gets pretty busy with all the traffic and people coming through. Our office isn’t anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle the project work and technical stuff that comes our way. Most days it’s just us focusing on the drawings and the paperwork that piles up on the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phones or looking at site plans. The neighborhood is mostly houses and small shops, so it feels quite local even though the big hospital is right there. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked by a truck, but we just keep going. We aren’t really into big corporate speeches or glossy brochures. We just do the engineering and project management tasks that Swaran Projectech Pvt. Ltd. is known for around here. It’s a lot of coordination with vendors and making sure the materials are where they need to be. Some of us have been sitting at these same desks for years. We eat lunch together when there’s time, usually just something from the local stalls nearby. It’s a lot of hard work and keeping track of small details that most people don’t see. We don’t try to be something we’re not. Just a group of people working out of a small building near AIIMS, trying to get things done right.
