We are based in B-359 in Chittranjan Park. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, and we are tucked away right behind the Shama Prasad Mukherjee Government School. You can usually hear the kids playing during their break times. Our office is basically a few rooms filled with computers and cables. It doesn't look like those tech offices you see in magazines. We have mismatched chairs and a lot of half-empty coffee mugs sitting around. Being in CR Park is great because the food around here is amazing, so we often argue about where to get lunch from. We spend most of our time coding or looking at servers, which sounds boring to some people, but we enjoy the challenge of it. We are a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. There’s no boss watching over our shoulders every second. We just get our tasks done and try to stay out of the heat. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a chance to actually talk to each other instead of looking at screens. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do work hard when there’s a deadline. We’ve been in this house for a few years now and it’s become a bit like a second home to all of us. We just keep the technology running without making a big fuss about it.
