Surender Raghwa

You can find us over at Surender Raghwa, located at House Number 357 on Gali Number 10 in Phase-4 of Aya Nagar. Being in this part of New Delhi means dealing with narrow streets and a lot of neighbors who know each other by name. Our place is tucked away in one of those lanes. It is a very lively area with kids playing outside and vendors passing by throughout the morning. We have been working from this house for quite a long time now. The inside is pretty basic, just some white walls and old metal shelves where we keep our records organized. We don't have fancy air conditioning, so we mostly rely on the ceiling fans and keeping the doors open when it isn't too dusty outside. It is not a place for big meetings or showing off. We just do our work and keep things moving. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or two, but that is just part of living in Aya Nagar. We usually just sit outside and wait for it to come back. Most of the people working here are from the local area, so we don't have to travel very far. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We don't use any complicated systems or have a big boss culture. We just get the job done and go home to our families.
