Kotak Direct

We are located at House No- 17 in New Delhi, within the 110014 pin code area. This is the base for Kotak Direct. It’s not a big office building or a commercial tower. It’s actually a house that we’ve converted into our working space. Because it’s a residential building, it has a bit of a different feel than a standard office. We don't have a big lobby or a security desk at the front. You just walk in and you’ll find us working at our desks. We handle various direct financial tasks and the paperwork that goes along with them. It can be a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to go through, but we make the most of the space we have. The neighborhood is fairly typical for this part of Delhi. You can hear the sounds of the city outside, but once you’re inside the house, it’s a bit more manageable. We don't really have any corporate branding on the walls or fancy furniture. It’s just a place to get the work done. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the daily tasks. It’s a very practical way of working. We aren't trying to be something we aren't. It’s just a group of us in House No- 17, doing our jobs and trying to keep everything in order.
