Sun Cross Information Technology ( Sai Tech )

Located in Joga Bai, right near the Hari Masjid. It’s a busy part of Zakir Nagar. We deal with all sorts of computer issues and IT stuff here at R-48. People come in when their laptops act up or they need some help with software. It’s not a big corporate office, just a workspace where we try to get things sorted out for the locals. Jamia Nagar is always crowded, so finding us near the masjid is usually the easiest way for people to describe the spot. We spend most of the day looking at screens or fixing hardware. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the wires and parts lying around, but that is just how it goes in a tech place. It isn't anything fancy. We have been in this area for a while now, seeing the neighborhood change. Most of the people who stop by are students from the university or folks living nearby who need their machines running again. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. You just walk in and tell us what’s wrong with your device. It’s practical work. There’s no big mystery to it. We just handle the technical bits that other people don’t want to deal with themselves. The traffic outside can be a lot, especially in the evenings, but inside we are usually just focused on whatever project is on the desk. We keep it simple here.
