Stepway Info Solution Private Limited is based in the basement of G-16/10 in Malviya Nagar. Malviya Nagar is a pretty lively part of South Delhi, so being in the basement actually helps us stay focused on the work without all the noise from the market outside. We have been in this 110017 area for some time now. The office is small and honest. We have our computers lined up and enough chairs for the team. It is not the kind of place where you will find marble floors or expensive paintings. We just need a place that works and has enough power outlets for all our gear. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of our time is spent looking at data or fixing software issues. We are not really into the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to just dress casually and get the job done. If you walk past the building, you might not even notice we are there, but we are downstairs keeping things moving. It is a practical location for us since many of us live nearby or can get here easily on the metro. We have grown to like our little basement spot. It is where all the actual work happens, away from the heat and the crowds of the main road. Just a simple info solution business doing its thing every day.
