Our office is located over at A-45 in the Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate. If you’ve ever driven down Mathura Road, you know exactly how packed this part of Delhi can get. It’s an industrial area, so it’s mostly warehouses and offices like ours. Sparrow Interactive Pvt Limited has been tucked away here for a while. It’s not the quietest place, especially with the trucks moving in and out of the estate all day, but we like the energy of it. Inside, it's pretty much what you'd expect—computers, cables everywhere, and a few coffee mugs sitting on desks. We don't really do the whole corporate lounge thing. It's more of a place where people just sit down and get their work done. The metro isn't too far, which helps with the commute because driving here in the morning is a bit of a nightmare. Sometimes we order lunch from the small dhabas nearby when nobody feels like bringing a tiffin. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really pays attention to that. We’re focused on the screens mostly. It’s a straightforward setup. We have enough space for the team, and that’s about all we need. There are a lot of other businesses in the same block, so you see the same faces in the parking lot every day. It feels like a little community of people just trying to get through the work week. The industrial estate is a bit dusty, especially when the wind picks up. We have to wipe down our desks every morning. It’s just one of those things you deal with.
