We’ve been down here in the basement at G-2 in South Extension Part-2 for a good while now. It’s a bit of a trek down the stairs, and sometimes the light isn't great, but it works for what we do at Sound Of Soul. South Ex is always busy, you know? The traffic outside is usually a mess, especially during the evening rush, but once you’re inside, things quiet down. We started this because we liked the idea of having a spot where things just felt right, without all the flashy signs you see on the main road. Most people find us because someone told them we were here, not because they saw an ad. It’s mostly just us sitting around, checking things over and making sure everything is ready for whoever walks in next. The basement stays cool in the summer, which is a big plus when Delhi gets really hot in May and June. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything. It’s just a desk and some chairs and a lot of equipment scattered about. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, so we just walk over to the local market to grab something. That’s pretty much how we run. We keep it simple, focus on the work at hand, and try to make sure we don't mix up the schedules. If you’re looking for us, look for the small sign near the entrance, otherwise you might miss the turn for the basement. It’s not fancy, but it is home for us.
