Our physiotherapy space is located within the larger setup at Gulmohar Park, specifically near Gate Number 10 in Gautam Nagar. It’s a quiet enough corner of the city, though the traffic nearby can be a bit much sometimes. We have been working out of this spot for a while, helping people get their strength back. Most of the people who come to see us are dealing with back pain or maybe a knee that hasn't felt right in years. We have some mats, some basic weights, and the usual gear you’d expect for physio. It’s not a big gym or a high-end sports center. It’s more of a practical place where you come to do your exercises and get some advice on how to move better. We see a lot of elderly neighbors who just want to keep walking to the market. Then there are the younger ones who maybe pushed themselves too hard playing football. We just take it one person at a time. The rooms aren't huge, so it feels a bit personal. We don’t use a lot of big medical words; we just show you what to do. It’s steady work and we like seeing someone walk out a bit easier than they walked in. That’s pretty much the whole story of what we do here in Gautam Nagar every day.
