Melzack Physiotherapy Clinic

You can find the Melzack Physiotherapy Clinic over at J3/358 in the DDA Flats in Kalkaji. We are situated very close to the Alaknanda Market, so there is always a lot of activity nearby. Being in the DDA Flats means the clinic feels a bit more like a home than a cold medical office. We have set up the space with the mats, weights, and machines needed for physiotherapy. Most of our patients live right here in Alaknanda or come over from the nearby blocks in Kalkaji. It’s a bit of a walk through the residential paths to find our specific door, but once you've been here once, it’s easy to remember. The market is just a stone's throw away, which is handy if you need to pick up groceries after your session. We spend our days helping people move better, whether they have a bad back or are recovering from a fall. It isn't a silent place; you can often hear the sounds of the neighborhood children playing outside or people talking in the market. We have a small area to sit, but usually, we get people started on their exercises pretty quickly. It's a hands-on kind of job. We don't use much fancy technology, just the stuff that works. The clinic is basically one large room where all the work happens. It’s practical and it serves the people living in these flats well without any unnecessary complications.
