Dr Ravina Mathur Physiotherapy Clinic

We are located at 8/144 in the Dakshin Puri Extension, which is part of Dr. Ambedkar Nagar. A good landmark to find us is the Virat Cinema, as we are quite close to it. Dr Ravina Mathur runs the physiotherapy clinic here. We deal with a lot of people who have back pain, sports injuries, or are recovering from some kind of surgery. The setup is simple with the usual tables and some exercise equipment for rehab. It’s a busy neighborhood and the clinic fits right in with the local shops and houses. We see patients of all ages. Some come in for a quick session, while others we see a few times a week for several months. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic and the cinema nearby, but we’re used to it. The clinic isn't some high-priced wellness center. It’s a practical place where people come to get their mobility back and deal with physical pain. We spend a lot of time showing people how to do their exercises correctly. There’s no fancy branding here. We just have our sign out front and the equipment inside. Most folks come here because a doctor told them they needed physio or a neighbor said we helped them with a stiff neck. It’s just about getting people moving again without much fuss.
