The clinic is set up for movement and recovery, so we have mats on the floor and various machines for physiotherapy. Dr. Nidhi Gupta spends her day working with people who are recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic pain. It’s a very hands-on environment. You’ll often hear the sound of people counting their reps or the hum of the heat therapy machines. The space is open and bright, which helps when you're trying to do exercises. We don't have a big lobby, just a couple of chairs by the entrance for people to change their shoes. Many of our patients are from the Shivalik area, so they just walk over for their sessions. It’s a very practical place with no unnecessary decorations. We have some anatomical charts on the walls to help show where the muscles are. The atmosphere is generally focused and quiet, though we do chat with the regulars while they do their stretches. Sometimes the air conditioner is a bit loud, but it keeps the room cool while people are working out. It’s a simple clinic dedicated to helping people move better without any of the fancy gym equipment you might see elsewhere. We keep the schedule pretty tight so there isn't much waiting around.
