Soft Touch Solution

We are located over in Sangam Vihar at B-1176/6. It’s a bit of a maze back here sometimes, but once you find us, you’ll see we’re always busy with something. Soft Touch Solution started out small and we’ve basically stayed that way. We do a lot of computer work and fixing things that people struggle with. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and some light chatter among the staff. We don’t have any big signs or fancy glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on the technical side of things. People in New Delhi know that Sangam Vihar is a crowded area, so we’ve learned to work efficiently in the space we have. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do right by the people who use our services. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, like it does anywhere, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment here. We spend our days looking at screens and trying to figure out solutions for whatever comes across our desks. It’s not always easy, but it keeps us on our toes and we like the challenge of it all. We are just a group of tech-minded folks working together in a very busy part of the city.
